How Xee Technologies collects, uses, and protects information across our website and software engagements.

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how XEE TECHNOLOGIES LTD (“Xee Technologies”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit https://xeetechnologies.com, contact us, or engage us for software development, product design, consulting, or related services.

For privacy questions, email support@xeetechnologies.com or call +92 304 1947448.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal information related to:

  • Website visitors and prospective clients
  • People who submit contact, consultation, or lead forms
  • Clients, stakeholders, and end users whose data we handle while delivering software projects (subject to contracts and NDAs)
  • Applicants or partners who share information with us

It does not replace project agreements, data processing addenda, or product-specific privacy notices for applications we build for clients. Where those documents apply, they control for project data.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide. Name, email, company, phone, project goals, budget/timeline preferences, message content, attachments you send, and any other details you choose to share.

Business relationship information. Contracts, invoices, payment references, scoping documents, credentials for collaboration tools, and communications needed to deliver services.

Project and technical data. Depending on the engagement: source code access, design files, analytics for systems we operate on your behalf, staging credentials, and production data you authorize us to process.

Automatically collected data. Device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referral source, and interaction events used to understand site performance and marketing effectiveness.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and project roadmaps
  • Deliver software development, design, QA, deployment, and support
  • Manage billing, contracts, and client communications
  • Improve our website, messaging, and service quality
  • Detect abuse, secure our systems, and meet legal obligations
  • Send service-related updates; marketing only where permitted and with an easy way to opt out

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, analytics, CRM/lead tools, communication platforms) under appropriate confidentiality and security expectations
  • Professional advisors such as legal or accounting partners when needed
  • Client-authorized tools and teammates involved in delivering a project
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity

If we reorganize or transfer business assets, information may move as part of that transaction under continued privacy protections.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies, similar technologies, and analytics tools (including events sent through Google Analytics / gtag where configured) to understand traffic, improve performance, and measure conversions such as form submissions and CTA clicks.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality or analytics accuracy.

8. Client project data

When we build or maintain software for you, we often act as a service provider / processor for data inside your products. In those cases:

  • We process project data only as needed to deliver the agreed scope
  • Access is limited to team members who need it for delivery
  • We follow confidentiality terms in contracts and NDAs
  • Production credentials and sensitive data are handled with care and revoked or returned when engagement ends, as agreed

Clients remain responsible for their own end-user privacy notices, consent mechanisms, and lawful collection of data inside the products they operate.

9. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, to manage an active inquiry or project, meet accounting and legal requirements, resolve disputes, or support security investigations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practical.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk — including access controls, secure communication channels, and least-privilege practices for project systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you believe there has been unauthorized access involving your data, contact us promptly.

11. International transfers

We serve clients worldwide. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our team or providers operate. Where required, we take steps to protect transferred data in line with applicable law and contractual safeguards.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise privacy rights, email support@xeetechnologies.com with enough detail for us to verify and respond. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

13. Children

Our website and services are directed to businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website or communicated to active clients where appropriate. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
